TITS Legal / Intellectual Property Rights

TITS Clothing is more than just a brand — we help people make new friends!

Since we are always eager to serve our customer's creativity, there may come a time when we are not fully aware where their artwork comes from.

TRUCKS IN TIME SOCIETY, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users and third-party designers (if applicable) to do the same. This policy outlines how we handle claims of copyright infringement, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other relevant United States laws.
1. Our Policy on Infringement:
It is the policy of TRUCKS IN TIME SOCIETY, LLC to respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to material claimed to be infringing and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
2. General T-Shirt Phrase Guidance:
We recognize that many popular, common, or simple phrases, slogans, and very basic designs are not protected by copyright or trademark law. However, we strive to avoid copying original, complex, or distinctly branded intellectual property.
Copyright generally protects original works of authorship (e.g., specific graphics, unique artistic elements, unique phrasing). It does not protect common words, short phrases, titles, or ideas.
Trademark protects names, logos, and other branding elements used to identify the source of goods or services (e.g., a specific business name or logo associated with a particular company).
3. Designated Agent
Our Designated Agent to receive notices and counter-notices of claimed infringement under the DMCA can be reached by emailing truckshowpro @ gmail.com
4. Submitting a Notice of Claimed Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)
If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Agent with a written notice containing all of the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit TRUCKS IN TIME SOCIETY, LLC to locate the material (e.g., the URL link to the product page on our site).
Information reasonably sufficient to permit TRUCKS IN TIME SOCIETY, LLC to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
5. Counter-Notice Procedures
